We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that international destinations may charge import taxes or duties.
When you place an order, You may select from Standard or Express Post (within Australia) and Standard Shipping for international destinations. All shipping options come with tracking and you may also add postal insurance to your order. This is highly recommended for gold pieces.
Orders will be dispatched within 10 business days. Delivery time is 3-7 days Australia and 6-15 days international.
Returns Policy
While we have never had a customer want to part with their Hayley Egan jewelry, and we have the highest quality control checks in place, here is our returns policy for your peace of mind.
You may return most new, unworn jewelry within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. For health reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days or longer for international post), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
